The holiday home complex comprises two magnificent ancient villas situated in the Tuscan countryside with long outstretched meadows and age-old trees. Podere Villa is an impressive 2 floor building.
On the ground floor you will find the dining-room next to the kitchen, supplied with every comfort, plus an enormous ancient fireplace. From here you can access the outside, where you can go directly to the swimming pool. Here, there is a pizza oven, an ideal combination for summer evenings. The superior floor hosts 3 bedrooms, each one personalised, painted and furnished and an accessorised bathroom.

Villa Campugliano is like an ancient residence and is characterised by an extremely unique day room with a powerful fireplace at the entrance and a warm and inviting dining-room/kitchenette in typical style of the Tuscan countryside. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, of which two are communicating, convenient for families and a modestly accessorised bathroom.
Both Villa Podere and Podere Campugliano are completely furnished and supplied with every commodity, having besides ample open spaces making it an ideal arrangement if you are looking for an active and relaxing holiday. Remember that guests also have the possibility to the exclusive use of the fantastic and unique, for location and landscape, the swimming pool of the property.
A riding school is also available at the complex.
